1. Acceptance of These Terms
Creating an account or browsing SugarLuxeSpace means you accept these terms in full. Members who disagree with any part of this membership terms and conditions page should not register or continue using the service.
SugarLuxeSpace provides an introduction and messaging environment for consensual adult arrangements between verified members. The platform is not a party to any arrangement formed between members and does not negotiate, guarantee or enforce the private terms two adults agree between themselves.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
Membership is limited to adults. Each person may hold only one account, and the profile information you submit - photos, age, city and description - must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

3. Member Conduct & Prohibited Use
Every member agrees to use the platform lawfully and to respect the people they meet on it. The rules below apply to all accounts at all times.
- Use the platform only for lawful, consensual adult introductions.
- Never harass, threaten or repeatedly contact a member who has declined to engage.
- Never impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age or intentions.
- Never solicit illegal services of any kind through messages or profile content.

4. Member Content, Platform Rights & Limitation of Liability
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload to your profile. By publishing content on SugarLuxeSpace, you grant the platform a licence to display that content within the service so other members can view your profile. The platform's branding, design, code and interface remain the property of SugarLuxeSpace and may not be copied or reused.
The service is provided on an as-is basis as an introduction platform. SugarLuxeSpace is not responsible for the offline conduct of any member or for the outcome, terms or duration of any arrangement formed between members. Members interact with one another at their own discretion and judgment.

6. Suspension, Termination & Account Closure
SugarLuxeSpace may suspend or close an account that breaches the conduct rules above, that contains false information, or that presents a security risk to other members.
